Admit it, the most frustrating thing about using any building services company or building contractor is their unreliability.  How many times have you arranged to be at home to meet contractors only to find that they never turn up?  Worse still, they never even ring to say they will not be attending or even that they are running late.  What has happened to business communication etiquette?  It seems the more communication tools we have the less we want to communicate.  At Building Works Australia we understand your time is important and if we are going to be late, be it only 5 minutes, we will be sure to give you a call.
